Dogs, just like humans, may need a wheelchair for various issues, including age-related conditions, mobility problems and paralysis. U.S. Marshals sent out wanted posters for the Crumbleys with a reward of $10,000 for each parent on Friday after the couple failed to appear for their arraignment by video. Earlier, Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald announced she was charging them with four counts of involuntary manslaughter. The woman, identified only as Andrea, fell onto the tracks at Pueyrredón station in the north of the Argentine capital. A man leaning against a wall appeared to lose consciousness on the platform, falling forward and striking the woman with his head and shoulders as she happened to walk past. The impact then sent the woman flying sideways onto the tracks, with video footage of the lucky escape showing her head bounce off the metal rails....

The incident occurred on a Houston-bound plane waiting for takeoff at Miami International Airport, according to WFLA in Florida.
