Bellefontaine Police Chief Brandon Standley said a “violent altercation” occurred after police pulled the man over in the 500 block of East High Avenue at around 6:20 p.m. and directed him out of his vehicle. John Walworth fell down the stairs of his now-wife Judy Khoury’s basement in February 2018 and suffered several broken bones as well as $80,000 in medical bills, according to court filings.
