Gerson Fuentes, 27, was arrested on suspicion of raping the girl who was from Ohio, where abortion is outlawed for pregnancies effectively beyond six weeks. But after the girl traveled to Indiana for the procedure which is still legal up to 22 weeks of pregnancy, Bernard was condemned by conservatives, including the state’s attorney general Todd Rokita....

The complaint, filed last week in Putnam County Common Pleas Court, responds to Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Interim Director Lance Himes’ order signed August 13, which requires that face coverings be worn in K-12 educational settings in an effort to help mitigate the spread of coronavirus. According to a press release posted on Facebook by the OSBI, a Bryan County Sheriff’s Deputy attempted to make a traffic stop on Sunday evening in Cartwright, Oklahoma.
