From the Globe:

So, due to a procedural error on the part of a teammate, Solder’s touchdown should not have counted.

But there was no stoppage, Fleming didn’t sit out a play, and the play should have resulted in a 5-yard penalty for the Patriots, not a touchdown.

Leave it to the Patriots to find a fancy way to score only to have it draw fire like that.

New England beat the Colts, 45-7.

The Pats will face off against the Seahawks at 6:30 p.m. ET on Feb. 1 in Super Bowl XLIX at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Ariz.
