KOCO-TV in Oklahoma City reported that a player — police have not released his name — was stabbed in the abdomen and also cut on his right arm around 5:30 p.m. Monday. He has been treated and released from a local hospital.
The player was then placed into a pickup, robbed and dropped off at another place in Stillwater.
Oklahoma State had no comment on the incident.
Another report said the player was found after the incident trying to walk to his girlfriend's house.
