Riots forced games to be halted at Oriole Park at Camden Yards in late April. The team postponed two games against the White Sox and played the final game of the series without an audience present. 

Baltimore was scheduled to play at home later that week as well, but the series was moved to Tampa Bay, where the Orioles were designated as the home team.
