At Wynn Las Vegas, DiCaprio is a -2,000 favorite to win the award for his performance in The Revenant. But at a handful of offshore sportsbooks, his odds are even better. Sportsbook.ag lists him at -10,000, 5Dimes -6,600 and Betus -12,500.

“I’ve never made an actor such a favorite in the entire time I’ve been doing these odds,” said the Wynn’s John Avello. “Put it this way, if we were taking action it, the type of cash flow would be more one-sided than if Patriots played UNLV. There‘s always the possibility of something crazy happening in the voting, but I don‘t think so here.”

The Revenant is also the favorite for best picture and Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu is expected to take home best director. Tom Hardy is nominated for best supporting actor, but Sylvester Stallone, for his performance in Creed, is favored to win that award.

The other stellar movie of the year featuring Hardy — Mad Max: Fury Road — is favored for a handful of awards like best editing, best sound mixing, best production design and best costume design.
