Since Overwatch 2’s release, many players have reported a ton of issues with the game. First, there were long queue times, which led to many players becoming frustrated as the servers were dealing with DDoS issues. Luckily, Blizzard is giving away a free Legendary skin to help mitigate some of the frustrations.

Unfortunately, that isn’t the only issue that players have had with Overwatch 2. Another big issue has stopped players from being able to enter the game entirely, and even still, another problem has resulted in users having an empty Friend List, making it impossible for them to invite their friends to their games.

If you’re experiencing this issue, there’s only one possible fix that is known at the moment. Basically, players running into the empty Friend List issue will want to restart their game and then load back in. This should resolve the issue and allow you to see all the people on your Friend List, allowing you to start inviting them to your games again.

Of course, playing Overwatch 2 with friends is a great way to make sure you’re properly communicating and giving the game you’re all. But, you should also keep in mind that friends can’t help you increase your Endorsement Rank, as they can’t openly endorse you using the game’s compliment social system. Still, most people will choose to have a team comprised of people they know and communicate with well over a few extra Endorsements each match.

With Halloween fast approaching, Overwatch 2 players can also take advantage of the game’s upcoming Halloween event to earn some cool skins and increase their playtime. Blizzard hasn’t released full details of what the event will include, but it will be our first taste of the upcoming story and PvE content that Blizzard plans to eventually release in Overwatch 2.

Overwatch 2 players can also edit their crosshairs, which can make it easier for players to see where their shots are going. Of course, if you want a real challenge, you can always turn off your crosshair completely, which will make it harder to land your shots.

Overwatch 2 is out now on all major platforms. It’s a solid follow-up to Blizzard’s original team-based hero shooter, and players can jump in now to start unlocking skins, emotes, and other goodies throughout the game’s first season.
