Yikes.
I suppose it’s not entirely uncommon to bring stench into the equation of sport. Rumors of some NBA players skipping showers (or just generally smelling terrible in spite of having showered) have been around for years.
Still, actively taking things into his own, er, hands the way Subban has claimed is definitely outside the normal realm of competition. Subban has been good enough to earn an 8-year contract to stay with the Canadiens until 2022 and that’s how I think we’d all rather think of him.
That’s more like it. Let’s just put this all behind us.
