Like the Broncos, the Packers boast a juggernaut offense led by an elite quarterback in Aaron Rodgers. “A-Rod” is on the LVH SuperBook’s props board for 255.5 total gross passing yards and 1.5 total touchdowns. Even though it was back in September of 2012, it’s worth noting the last time Rodgers played in Seattle, he was held to 223 yards and zero touchdowns while being sacked eight times.

His offensive line has improved since then, though, and power back Eddie Lacy has been added to the mix. The OVER/UNDER on Lacy’s total rushing yardage is set at the LVH at 74.5 for Thursday night’s tilt. The Seahawks only allowed 3.9 yards per carry in 2013, so Lacy figures to need around 19-20 carries if his opponent unleashes a similar caliber of run defense.

One of the key components of this matchup will be the level at which the referees enforce defensive holding. The Seahawk’s big, physical secondary is essential to their success, and if penalties are called with a frequency similar to what we saw in the preseason, Rodgers and Lacy will have more room to operate.
