Jared Pobre, who runs the home rental company that rented the $11 million property, said in the lawsuit that damages included a broken refrigerator, water damage to the floor, ruined linens and a destroyed rug that cost $32,000. He is seeking money to repay for the initial damages and the lost rent while the house was being fixed.

Online records show the complaint was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Sept. 15.

No one from Newton’s legal team responded to TMZ regarding the claim.
