Paul Johnson Don T Want To Hear About The Sec For A While

After his Yellow Jackets jacked up Mississippi State 49-34 in the Orange Bowl, Johnson was asked by ESPN’s Maria Taylor what message the win sent.

“This is a good football team,” Johnson replied. “I think we’re a top 10 football team for sure, and I’m proud of these guys. And, for at least a week or two, we don’t have to hear about the SEC.”

Johnson wasn’t finished after his team’s victory.

On Friday, he couldn’t resist commenting on the SEC after Alabama lost to Ohio State in the playoff semifinals and Auburn also lost to Wisconsin in the Outback Bowl.
